You have to put high attention for this topic. Before someone die in the elevator in your hotel. I, my self, my friend and one boy 5 years... read more old had a very shock incident in your elevator NOT 1 BUT 2 times. Based in your receptionist said that it always happend and only me who complaint about this. It was so weird and make a conclusion that GM and all staff already knew about this matter and keep hide without fix it. You have to figure out and fix it as soon as possible before someone dead inside due to heart attack. That is my main comment to you, and also here an additional things i found :
+ Warm Welcome, Location, Very nice staff especially Mr. Yohanes ( IT Spv ). Thank you very much for your patient and professionalism.
- Reception staff afternoon shift only busy with his phone like in his own bedroom. He always defence and give a nonsense answer.
- Room are very narrow, unsteady hot water, you have to ask hotel staff if you you need a roomboy to do their task, water in the shower feel slippery on the skin.
- Breakfast staff unhelpful, they only chit chat without welcoming and pleased the guest. Menu ? Better you find out around the hotel...many choice outside.
Overall, you have got what you paid. Nevertheless, do not put your standard service low as your cheap rate.
I may not going back to stay again and perhaps you could fix everything for a better service.

Overall it’s good value for money in a quiet and good location

  The room I stayed in (no 230) was modern and nicely furnished, it was also very clean and there wasn't a mould spore to be found! The aircon was fantastic... read more and the room smelt pleasant. Wifi was pretty stable. The water pressure was also very strong however it blasts from hot to luke warm in 20 second bursts. No issue for me but could be a problem if you have a child... I found the staff pleasant enough (although I didn't really have much interaction with them). The breakfast buffet was just ok, not a lot of choice and the hot food was lukewarm. The location is excellent, everything you need is within a two minute walk, the beach is about 10 minutes away on foot. If i had to criticise anything, the room does not have a bar fridge or a chair for the desk and the hotel does not supply pool towels (you have to use your bathroom towel..?). For the price per night, one would expect those things. I also travelled solo. The room is extremely cosy and it would get crowded pretty quickly with 2 people and 2 sets of luggage. Overall, it's a nice place. If i was to come back with my partner (and I would consider it), I'd ask for a bigger room.

Waited 20 minutes then called reception again, waited another 20 minutes and walked down to reception meeting someone with a screwdriver on the way and told them I wouldn’t stay in a room that wasn’t secure. They moved me to another room. It’s a below average hotel, no room service and the food reviews speak for themselves, not to mention the half finished rooms. The photos say more than words. Someone else’s disgusting hair in the shower. Either tattoo ink or mould on the bed sheets, no mini fridge in the room and a “plastic key” securing the balcony. When I went to reception to advise it wasn’t acceptable they advised rooms didn’t come with fridges (not advertised) and they would send someone to change the sheets and clean the bathroom. I’ve been reasonable in the fact that it’s a cheap hotel. But AFTER already having to change rooms once when I expected to get here n relax. It’s now been over half an hour since I requested someone to change the sheets and I’m still waiting... I know you get what you pay for in Bali but don’t waste your money here... wish I’d booked elsewhere!
